• During 9:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri office hours (non-holidays) call (614)299-2280 and make the request on your tenant portal indicating it is an emergency

(Note and please see below that lock-outs are not emergencies and you will be charged)

Routine/normal/corrective maintenance – It is definitely fastest to use your tenant portal so your request immediately is entered into our automated maintenance system. You can call (614)299-2280, but do expect a delay in time for maintenance request to be retrieved from the voice mail massage system and entered into our automated maintenance system.
