Maintenance Office Hours: Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm (non-holidays)
For non-emergency maintenance issues, it is required to use your tenant portal for normal/routine and corrective requests, whether during or outside Maintenance Office Hours.
For all emergency issues call:
• (614) 570-4165 weekdays before 9 am and after 5 pm (After Hours), weekends and holidays. And place a written request via the tenant portal stating the emergency number was called.
• (614) 299-2280 during 9 am-5 pm Mon-Fri (Office Hours) AND place a written request via your tenant portal and mark the request as “emergency”.

- For life threatening issues, call 911.
- Please refer to your Maintenance Policy for explanation of what constitutes as an “emergency maintenance”. For non-emergencies, you will be charged.
- Lockouts are NOT emergencies. If you lock yourself out of your apartment after hours you can call (614) 570-4165, but you will be charged a minimum of $150 to your ledger. You are NOT permitted to call a locksmith, as they will often damage the door. Any damage to the door as a result of a lockout is charged to the tenant(s). If you lock yourself out during office hours, place a maintenance request via the tenant portal and mark it as “urgent”.
