As our name implies, we have several different apartment communities here and there around campus. Each offers updated apartments that are clean and well-maintained. At our Ravine Ridge Apartments, for instance, you can find a number of options in architectural styles that are both easy on the eye, and easy to live in.

We have 144 one story 1 bedroom flats. These units are tucked-back in a nice quiet neighborhood adjacent to shopping, restaurants and health and retail/financial services. The buildings have rustic wood siding and with wooded surroundings, it makes you feel like you are at a camp; yet right in the middle of suburbia. Off Main St. and Hamilton Rd. and minutes away from I70, I670 and I270.

You can depend on the staff at Here and There to take good care of you as a tenant. We know that our reputation depends on resident satisfaction, so we work hard to take care of your needs. Our team is easy to communicate with, we deal with maintenance requests in a timely manner, and we treat our residents fairly. The fact that we return 98% of security deposits to tenants residents demonstrates this.
